Bank Reconciliations
By performing bank reconciliations we can help identify lost checks or deposits, bank errors or even unauthorized transactions on your account.  We match and compare the figures from your accounting records against those presented on your bank statement.  The balance per the accounting records should match the balance on the bank statement excluding any items that have not cleared the bank as of the date of the bank statement. 

Payroll Preparation and Compliance
We prepare federal and state quarterly payroll tax returns as well as annual W-2s.  We assist our clients in calculating gross-to-net pay calculations for their employees.  We also assist in calculating payroll tax liabilities.

Sales Tax Preparation
Many of our clients are responsible for collecting and submitting sales taxes in many different jurisdictions.  We can assist your company in the compilation of information and preparation of sales tax returns.

Monthly / Quarterly / Annual reporting
Whether your company requires monthly, quarterly or annual reporting, we will prepare the required reports on a timely basis.

General Ledger Maintenance
The general ledger is the foundation of your company’s financial records.  Every transaction flows through your general ledger.  In order to keep your books accurate we review and maintain your general ledger.  Some of our clients prefer for us to record all their cash receipts and disbursements on a general ledger maintained solely at our office.

Quickbooks Training
We encourage our clients to keep pace with current technology by using QuickBooks for their everyday bookkeeping needs.  We are well-versed in Quickbooks and can educate and train your staff with the software.
